5 - 10 days for delivery of in-stock items. Most merchandise is shipped via ground carrier and cannot be sent to a post
office box. Shipping rates apply to the lower 48 states. Please e-mail for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada shipping rates.

Back Orders
We try to keep
our most popular items in-stock. However, sometimes an item may be on back order - especially during peak times. Back
ordered saddles and tents may take 4 - 8 weeks depending on production time. Because PayPal will charge your credit card at
the time you place an on-line order, you may prefer to call our toll free number to check on estimated delivery time before
placing an on-line order for tents or saddles.
Returns
/ Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to
return or exchange an item please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase for a return authorization number.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an authorization number. All sales are final after 5 days from the date you
received your purchase unless you have been provided with a return authorization.
All merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition with the original
packaging. No items will be accepted for return which appear used including scuffs, hair, sweat, dirt and smells.
Buyers pay all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Saddles and tents are subject to a $35.00 restocking fee and a $50.00 cleaning
fee. All other merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are the amount of the item less the original shipping
costs, restocking fee and cleaning fee.
