Please allow 5 - 10 days for delivery
of in-stock items. Most merchandise is shipped via ground carrier and cannot be sent to a post office box. Shipping rates
apply to the lower 48 states. Please e-mail for Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates. We do not ship internationally.

Returns / Exchanges
We
want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item please call or email
us within 5 days of receipt of your purchase for a return authorization . No returns or exchanges will be accepted without
an authorization number. All sales are final after 5 days from the date you received your purchase unless you have been provided
with a return authorization.
Refunds are made according
to how you paid. If you paid by credit card your credit card will be credited. Depending on your credit card company,
refunds to credit cards may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
All merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition with the original packaging. No items will be
accepted for return which appear used including scuffs, hair, sweat, dirt and smells.
Buyers pay all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Saddles and tents are subject to a
$35.00 restocking fee and a $50.00 cleaning fee. All other merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are the
amount of the item less the original shipping costs, restocking fee and cleaning fee.
